For faster delivery, you can upgrade to TCS Express for an additional charge of PKR 500.

Delivery & Tracking

• TCS Standard: 3-5 business days

• TCS Express: 2-3 business days

• Same-Day Delivery (Lahore only): An additional PKR 500

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can be longer for rural or remote areas. All orders placed on a business day are typically shipped within 48 hours. During sales or public holidays, high order volumes may cause extended delivery times.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel's progress on the official TCS website. At The Dark, we also proactively follow up on all shipments to ensure they are delivered to you safely.

Same-Day Delivery (Lahore Only)

For customers in Lahore, we offer a same-day delivery service through third-party riders like Bykea and inDrive.

• This service is only available for orders where the full payment is made in advance. You can do this by either transferring the amount to the bank account provided by our team or by paying via Payfast at checkout.

• A delivery charge of PKR 500 applies.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for this service. As we are not partnered with these riders, this is a third-party service that requires upfront payment to ensure a secure transaction.

• If a parcel is not collected, a new shipment can be arranged for an additional fee.
